President & Founder
‘Lekan is responsible for making sure our program is successful each year. He oversees the operations, motivates board members, fosters relations with the community and stakeholders all to provide a food box to families in need at Christmas.

‘Posola is accountable for contacting and securing sponsors for the project and maintaining financials, assures compliance and reporting required for non-profit and prepares financial statements and meeting notices and minutes.

He ensures that the Christmas Cheer Foundation remains focused on its long-term vision and has the resources to achieve its goals. Our boards come up with a responsibility to support and oversee the management, staff and volunteers. They also ensure that our organization meets its legal obligations and that its finances are effectively managed.

Board Chairman/Chairperson
As the Chief volunteer officer, he/she provides leadership to Christmas Cheer Foundation. He/she is the trusted advisor to the organization in developing and implementing strategic plans for our programs, review the outcomes and metrics created to evaluate the impact, and regularly assessing the performance and effectiveness using the metrics. He/she is an ambassador for the organization.
Eniola Akinsete
Director
He is responsible for organizing and conducting outreach, oversight of gifts, coordinating with needy families; management of application process, attending meetings, contacting and securing sponsors for the project. Our boards work hands-in-hands to coordinating volunteers and deliveries for Christmas Cheer pack-out event each December 24th.
One thing that cannot be underestimated is having the right team, incredibly lucky to have a fantastic team of talented people who volunteer to provide services to our community.
